Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom-built, personalized, or special-order products cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
