 Eligible Products

To qualify, the product must:

 Be identical in brand, model number, color, size, and specifications.

 Be new, authentic, and in stock at both Xobo Factors and the competing retailer.

 Be sold by an authorized U.S. retailer (not an auction site, marketplace reseller, liquidation seller, or private individual).

 Exclusions

Price matching is not available for:

 Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.

 Open-box, refurbished, used, or damaged products.

 Flash sales, limited-time offers, doorbuster events, or pricing errors.

 Membership-only pricing.

 Marketplace listings from third-party sellers.

 Products sold through auction websites.

 How to Request a Price Match

Before placing your order, contact our Customer Support team and provide:

 The product name and model number.

 A link to the competitor’s product page.

 The advertised price.

If approved, we will adjust the purchase price before your order is completed.
