Xobo Factors LLC is committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness, and respect for human rights. We expect our vendors, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to uphold these same principles.

 Compliance with Laws

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.

 Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers must conduct business honestly and prohibit bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering, and conflicts of interest.

 Labor and Human Rights

Suppliers are expected to:

 Prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.

 Prohibit child labor.

 Provide fair wages and working conditions.

 Respect employees’ rights under applicable labor laws.

 Maintain workplaces free from discrimination and harassment.

 Health and Safety

Suppliers should provide safe and healthy working environments and comply with applicable occupational health and safety standards.

 Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are encouraged to minimize environmental impacts, comply with environmental regulations, reduce waste, and promote sustainable business practices.

 Product Quality

Suppliers must provide products that meet applicable safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory obligations.

 Monitoring and Compliance

Xobo Factors reserves the right to request information demonstrating compliance with this Code of Conduct and may discontinue business relationships with suppliers that fail to meet these expectations.
