Dropshipped items remain subject to the Xobo Factors Return & Refund Policy unless otherwise specified.

 Purchase Orders

 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to applicable fees where permitted by law.

 Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

 Inspection

Commercial customers should inspect shipments promptly and report shortages or damage within five business days of delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland unless otherwise agreed in writing.
